"Very disappointed with the service at this State Farm office. On July 8, 2025, I contacted them for auto insurance. Later the same day, after consulting with my car dealer, I decided to cancel because the price was too high. I called immediately to cancel, but they still withdrew about $400. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I call, I’m given new excuses — “wait two weeks,” then “another two weeks,” and now they’re blaming me for supposedly canceling incorrectly. That’s not true — I canceled on time and followed their instructions. One employee, Max, was especially rude. He spoke to me in a disrespectful, mocking tone and repeated “Seriously? Seriously?” when I mentioned filing a complaint. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this office."

"Absolutely irresponsible and horrible. First they cancelled my renters insurance without my authorization when I had a car insurance plus renters policy. I only cancelled car insurance but they cancelled both. Second I called to repurchase the insurance and they took my information plus payment information, informed me that it would cost me only $10 a month and didnt process my payment till the end so when a time came for me to file a claim they notified me that that noone processed the payment and I do not have insurance. Irresponsible staff absolutely incompitent and dissapointing. I do not recommend!"
