"The office managed somehow to lose my safe driving certificate, added to insurance options I didn't asked for. I requested to remove it, was told it was removed, and after a month found that it was still in my insurance. Many times I was trying to reach Mrs. Yelkin, her office workers took my phone 4 - 5 times, never got any call . Wouldn't recommend this office to anybody."

"Inexperienced employees and scammers are deceiving people. My cars insurance was with them I sold my car and gave them paper to cancel it they said i would receive refund for the rest but it’s been almost 2 months and I still did not received nothing. I’m disappointed in State Farm it’s expensive but with bad customer service."

"Very disappointed with the service at this State Farm office.
On July 8, 2025, I contacted them for auto insurance. Later the same day, after consulting with my car dealer, I decided to cancel because the price was too high. I called immediately to cancel, but they still withdrew about $400. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. Every time I call, I’m given new excuses — “wait two weeks,” then “another two weeks,” and now they’re blaming me for supposedly canceling incorrectly. That’s not true — I canceled on time and followed their instructions.

One employee, Max, was especially rude. He spoke to me in a disrespectful, mocking tone and repeated “Seriously? Seriously?” when I mentioned filing a complaint.

Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this office.

However, the behavior and attitude of your staff are entirely within your office’s control. The way your employee treated me was unacceptable and is the main reason for my complaint."

"Absolutely irresponsible and horrible. First they cancelled my renters insurance without my authorization when I had a car insurance plus renters policy. I only cancelled car insurance but they cancelled both. Second I called to repurchase the insurance and they took my information plus payment information, informed me that it would cost me only $10 a month and didnt process my payment till the end so when a time came for me to file a claim they notified me that that noone processed the payment and I do not have insurance. Irresponsible staff absolutely incompitent and dissapointing. I do not recommend!"
